William B. Black, III has thirty-seven years of Houston banking experience serving as Director, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Lending Officer and President.  Black has been affiliated with the Museum of Natural Science Board of Directors, St. Agnes Academy Endowment Fund Board of Directors, School Board of St. Cecilia and the Boy Scouts of America.  As a lifelong Houstonian, Black supports and participates in many community oriented organizations.

Nancy “Nicki” B. Black has thirty-five years of Houston banking experience.  She is currently the Executive Vice President/Branch President at the Stafford location.  Black is affiliated with Team in Training Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, March of Dimes, Periwinkle Foundation, and Be A Resource.
